Hey there,
I'm Christine.
Proud founder of The Magnolia Firm, an international digitally-focused M&A firm. After building, acquiring, and selling 10+ of my own companies, I’ve got the experience to help sellers navigate the journey. My businesses have spanned across industries including cleaning, wellness, auto, real estate, and tech, to name a few.
In 2018 I had some fun founding a SaaS company and learned the tricks of the trade raising capital during the heyday of insane valuations (so believe me when I say I've seen it all). More importantly… I love working with entrepreneurs to disrupt the status quo. When selling my own companies, I discovered so many 'gaps' in the process and knew I had to step in and change things for the better.
Unfortunately, most business owners make less than their market value and settle for a lower sales price for their assets because they don’t feel comfortable negotiating boldly. Luckily, I love doing it on your behalf.
